The Company was set up in 1997 and later on renamed to Andrew Peterson and Partner Limited in memorizing Mr. Peterson who was a Chartered Marine Engineer in Ireland of UK.
The Hong Kong Partner, Mr Lawrence Lai had worked with Mr Peterson back to 1989 on the project of the Bond Centre now known as the Lippo Centre where Mr. Peterson had advised Mr Lai of various techniques in Pneumatic Control and other Building Automation Systems.
Later on, Mr Peterson and Mr Lai jointly invented some innovative devices in the Building Control System and were invited by the MTR to present our invention with a view of utilizing in the MTR system.
Mr Peterson retired at the end of 2016 and in memorizing Mr Peterson's kind advice and consultancy backup to Mr Lai, his name was used in the new Company for future innovative projects.
With Mr. Lai’s professional qualifications and experience in the Building industry in Hong Kong, our Company also involved in
- Consultancy advisory Services in Building Surveying
- Compliance checking in all Land and Building related regulations such as Land use, Planning Permission and Due Diligent Report.
- Preparation of A/A submission to the Buildings Department for any proposed renovation work as required by the Building Ordinance.
- Project management services from inception to completion
- Structural Assessment Report for proposed installation of heavy equipment and or strengthening work to the existing structure.
- Feasibility study report any proposed set out of a system or any operation where it requires the compliance checking of the suitability of the proposed Premises.
- Act as Authorized Person on behalf of the Client to handle and prepare all related documents, submissions, calculations, drawings and reports to meet the client’s requirements.
- Others related to Building, Structural, planning, Licensing application, Due diligence, Compliance Checking and certification matters .
