Mr. Lai is an Authorized Person since 1999 and had served two major Building Consultancy Firms as Executive Director level and led a team of Surveyors, Architects and BS Engineer in handling A/A submission, minor work and Asset enhancement projects in HK.
Prior to forming his own Company, Mr. Lai had worked for Fortune REIT in Hong Kong and managed more than 2,000,000 ft 2 shopping malls and mainly dealing with feasibility studies and asset enhancement projects to explore the hidden potential of the existing use.
Mr. Lai had also served as the Chairman of the Minor Work Contractor Registration Vetting Panel on behalf of the Buildings Department for 4 years and are familiar with alteration and addition work and as well as minor work for the projects.
Apart from his Building Surveying qualification, Mr Lai is also a Registered Professional Engineer and a Member of the Hing Kong Institution of Engineer which enabled him to provide an extensive professional advice to his clients.

Mr. Yuen Kin Keung , Larry, is the Associate Director of the Company and has over 30 year Of experience in project design and development of different construction projects in Hong Kong. Mr Yuen is responsible for the overall pre-contract feasibility studies, design submission to the Buildings Department, site supervision and ensuring the satisfactory completion of the projects.
Prior to working with us, Mr. Yuen worked as a design engineer between September 1988 to 1993 at Gammon Construction Limited, after Mr. Yuen joined David S.K Au & Associate, a professional consultancy firm responsible for complicated A/A work, design of temporary work and structural justification design and submission.
He also worked at Chun Wo Foundation Limited as a quality control Engineer from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Yuen obtained a Higher Diploma in Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1988. He has been a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom since 1995, a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers since 1996, a chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom since 1996, a Registered Professional Engineer ( Structural) in Hong Kong since 1999 and Registered Structural Engineer in Hong Kong since October 1999. Mr Yuen is an expert in designing proposed new structures in existing buildings and can resolve all structural requirements to the base building of the building.
